Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your purchase, but if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns of unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise within 21 days of the ship date. All items must be returned with original tags attached and in their original packaging to be eligible for a refund.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to initiate the process and select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Select your preferred return method to generate a prepaid UPS shipping label and a return packing slip to include inside your package.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items in the original shipping box, attach the prepaid label to the outside, and drop it off at any authorized UPS location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, please allow 7-10 business days for your refund to be processed back to your original payment method.
